Week 1 Devotion "Getting to Know Each Other"

This week's devotion time is getting to know your team-mates, and coaches. Spend some time getting to know each child, and their favorite colors. This will give each person something to associate each player. This week you also need to go over each of the player stars. End the devotion time with a prayer for God to be with all of the kids, and volunteers this season.

After practice have a meeting with the parents to discuss the season, what you expect, and to review the contents of the child's "player kit".
